These are the terms for using hartsook.io. They're short, because the site is simple.

the site

hartsook.io is run by Hartsook Street LLC, a software studio in Los Angeles, California. It exists to tell you about the studio and the apps it makes. By using it, you agree to these terms.

what you can do

Read it. Link to it. Share it. Click on the bird.

what's mine

The words, the design, the wordmark, the names of the apps, and Tookie belong to Hartsook Street LLC. Don't reuse them in a way that suggests an affiliation that doesn't exist. Linking here is always fine; if you want to use something, ask.

the apps

Each app has, or will have, its own terms and privacy policy, shown in its App Store listing and inside the app. These terms cover the website only.

no promises

The site is offered as it is. I try to keep it accurate and working; if something's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it. To the extent the law allows, Hartsook Street LLC isn't liable for anything that comes from using it.

changes

If these terms change, this page changes first and the date below moves.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
